It carries tools and equipment used for structural fire fighting in both a rural setting and areas with hydrants. It is equipped with an on-board generator, roof mounted light tower, Air bottle filling station, hand tools, Thermal Imaging camera, multi-gas meter, Vehicle extrication equipment, medical bag and more.
Engine 2 is a 2021 Pierce Velocity Pumper. It carries 1000 gallons of water and has a 1500 gallon per minute pumping capability. It carries tools and equipment used for structural firefighting in both a rural setting and areas with hydrants with a focus on motor vehicle accidents. It is equipped battery powered power tools and saws, battery powered vehicle extrication equipment, Thermal imaging camera, Stabilization rescue struts, battery powered portable lighting, multi-gas meter, medical bag and more.
Rescue 42 is a 2014 Ford F450 by Lifeline Ambulance. This is our sole ambulance. Some of the equipment it carries is Stryker Auto load cot system, Stryker Stair chair, Lifepack 15 defibrillator, LUCAS device Chest compression system.
Squad 5 is a 2002 American Le France w/ an International Chassis. Its focus is to carry equipment used in more technical rescue situations. It carries medical equipment and AED for EMS assistance, ropes for low angle rescue, hydraulic and battery powered vehicle extrication equipment, stabilization rescue struts, air bags used for lifting large loads, gas powered saws, hand tools, multi-gas meter, on-board generator, roof mounted light tower and more.
Tender 7 is a 1996 GMC chassis by Monroe Truck Equipment. Is carries 2000 gallons of water and can off load water from 3 pneumatic chutes and carries a portable water folding tank used for rural fire operations. It also has a tailboard pump with smaller diameter hose to be used in wildland firefighting operations to fill ATVs and Brush trucks and more.
Tender 8 is a 2017 Freightliner by Pierce Mfg. It carries 2000 gallons of water and can off load water from a single swing chute from the rear. It carries a portable water folding tank used for rural fire operations. It also is equipped with an on-board pump capable of pumping 500 gallons per minute giving it the ability to supply a pumper directly or to use it for smaller incidents. This tender is also the only apparatus that is equipped with an Ultra High-Pressure pump to be used for a wide variety of fire attack options from wildland fires to vehicle fires and small room and content fires. It utilizes high pressure and low volume of water making it very effective.
Car1 is a 2013 Ford Explorer. This vehicle is equipped with a medical bag and an AED to assist with medical response. This vehicle is also used for Department officers to respond as incident command of an incident.
Car 2 is a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. This vehicle is equipped with a medical bag and AED to assist with medical calls. This vehicle is also used as a support vehicle to transport personnel and equipment to and from a scene if needed.
Brush 6 is a 2004 Ford F350. This truck is equipped with a wildland skid unit. The skid contains a pump along with a 250-gallon water and foam tank to be used for wildland and off-road fire response. This vehicle also contains hand tools, water backpacks, fire brooms and chainsaw. Lastly this truck pulls our ATV trailer.
ATV1 is a 2015 Bobcat UTV. It is equipped with a 75-gallon water tank and a pump, fire brooms, and water backpacks. This is used for wildland fires and offroad rescues or incidents that are difficult to get to. This also has a stokes basket and backboard to transport a medical patient and crew to and from a hard to get to location.
